We called everywhere the day we had to have our Boston Terrier, Saetia, put down. No one would help us until we call North Cascade Vet Hospital and spoke to Rachel. When we brought Saetia in that day, it was difficult, but the staff made the experience calming and easier to get through with friendly smiles and understanding to what we were going through. We were allowed as much time as we needed to say goodbye to our sweet Saetia. We left that day feeling that she was in a good place and very grateful for the compassion the doctor and staff showed us during this difficult time. We are so happy to have you all as our vet and staff for Benny! Thank you for your caring and kind attitudes towards him and us! You are amazing!

I was very thankfull that your clinic agreed to see my cat for his likely UTI, when my regular vet could not do so in the week prior to christmas (they referred me to the pet emergency place, which did not seem to fit the need). It was obvious that you were busy, but i felt like we were treated like long time clients and that Dr. Bell and his assistant showed us genuine concern .

My experience at N. cascade veterinary was by far the best of all the diffrent ones ive ever been to or even called. You and your staff cared more for my petthen the dollar amount needed to help my animal. That is so rare! I Commened you on that and i really never want to visit any other veterinary office again. Never have we had a doctor sit on the floor to examine our dogs. That made it so much easier for them. Dr. Bell is a very caring person and took the time to check the dogs caarfully. Assistant was amazing also.
